These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Zhanshu, located at zhanshu.one on the internet, which is owned and operated by Clearels Limited, hereinafter referred to as Zhanshu.
We love games, just like you! Zhanshu is an online digital destination that provides you, our customer, with subscription-based access to a wide library of online games. In addition, we may also make available other forms of digital content — such as movies, videos, audiobooks, and downloadable media — either included with your subscription or offered separately on a one-time purchase basis. The Terms below explain our policies in detail and apply to all such content and services provided through Zhanshu.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Zhanshu if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logged on this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Clearels Limited, Zhanshu, and/or its Affiliates. The term "Affiliate" means, with respect to any party, any person or entity which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such party. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Cyprus. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
User Account
Zhanshu does not provide the Service to persons under the age of 18. By signifying your acceptance of these Terms or making any use of the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You may be required to register, or previously registered, for Zhanshu User account in order to access the functionality of some of the Service. Zhanshu can refuse registration of, or cancel, any account in its sole discretion at any time without reason, notice or liability.
You are solely responsible for all activity of your User account and for the security of your computer system. You should not reveal your username or password to any other person. Zhanshu will not ask you to reveal your password. If you forget your password, you can request to have a new password sent to your registered e-mail address. You agree to indemnify and hold Zhanshu and their respective employees, contractors, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, vendors, and content providers harmless for any improper or illegal use of any of your User account. This includes illegal or improper use by someone to whom you have given permission to use your User account or whom you have negligently allowed to access your User account. Zhanshu reserves the right to terminate your User account if any activity that occurs with respect to such account violates these Terms.
Subscriptions
You may purchase a direct-to-consumer recurring Subscription directly from Us. We offer multiple Subscription types. The terms of each Subscription type are clearly described when you sign up, prior to any purchase. By providing a Payment Method to us and completing your purchase, you agree that we or our Payment Service are authorised to charge the applicable fee for the Subscription, including any applicable taxes and service fees (the "Fee"), directly or via a Third Party Billing Provider.
For an on-going Subscription, you agree that we or our Payment Service are authorised to periodically charge the applicable Fee on a recurring basis until you cancel your Subscription.
The Fee will be billed at the time you establish your Subscription and on an ongoing basis at the intervals specified when you complete your purchase (the "Billing Cycle"), unless you cancel your Subscription. Please note that the length of your Billing Cycle will vary based upon the type of Subscription you choose when you subscribe to the Platform.
Your Subscription will be billed at the beginning of each Billing Cycle and will continue until you exercise your right to cancel by contacting customer service, via phone, 24/7 live chat, email, or using our self-service cancellation feature on the support section of this site.
You must register on the Site to become a Member by supplying certain registration information, including, without limitation your name, telephone number, mailing address, email address and credit card information for billing purposes.

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Subscription at any time, but you need to tell us before the end of your current Billing Cycle to avoid being charged any further Fees. If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle, and you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of that period.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
In order to exercise Your right of withdrawal, just visit the Support section of our website to let us know. You must give your name, zhanshu.one username (if you have one), and email address in order to cancel the order. If you cancel online on https://zhanshu.one/account/ we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
Consequences of Revocation
If You cancel this contract, we will refund to You all payments received from You, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from You choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of Your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that You used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with You; under no circumstances will You be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
Exception to the right of cancellation: You cannot cancel an order for digital content if delivery has begun with Your express consent and Your acknowledgement that You thereby lose Your right of cancellation.
Individual Purchases
Although we are primarily a subscription-based service, we may offer You certain digital content (online games, downloads, video) as an Individual one-time purchase. You may make such individual purchase(s), (if available) directly with us. By providing a Payment Method to us and completing your individual purchase, you agree that we or our Payment Service are authorised to charge the applicable fee for the Content including any applicable taxes and service fees (the "Fee").
Payment Verification
We or our Payment Service will attempt to verify the Payment Method you provide when you purchase a Subscription or Individual Content from us, provide a Payment Method during sign-up, or update your Payment Method, and may do this by processing an authorisation hold for verification purposes, which is a standard practice.
Price Changes
All subscription prices are subject to with reasonable notice. All Individual Purchase prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except that prices for an order that have been accepted by Zhanshu and/or its affiliates are not subject to change after acceptance.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Zhanshu, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Clearels Limited Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Clearels Limited and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Zhanshu. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Zhanshu for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Use the Zhanshu site for any commercial purposes, that is the purposes intended for derivation of any direct or indirect economic benefits;
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer or assign the Zhanshu content to any third parties, unless expressly stipulated herein;
- Install or use Zhanshu on the network, grant an access to it on -- line or install Zhanshu on more than one computer or gaming unit at a time;

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, attempt to derive the source code of, make derivative works or modify Zhanshu,

- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Zhanshu
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Zhanshu
- Redistribute content from Zhanshu
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Parts of this website may offer an opportunity for users to post and/or share content ratings or reviews and information in certain areas of the website. Zhanshu does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Zhanshu, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posted their views and opinions.
